First Recipe- SUSHI sosej

Hello readers ! Upper photos shows the Sushi ( Japanese's cuisine ) I made

last Saturday night =>

Last Thursday, me and my family went for a Shushi at Megalong Hypermall in

Penampang.

I kind of like the idea of using sticky rice ( What do they call it?? -Nasi pulut )

covered with the green leafs..( hurm..the rumpai laut..) *damn I'm bad*

Anyway..to all readers please help me with the English words on;

1. Nasi Pulut

2. Rumpai Laut

So, last Saturday night we had a family event..My youngest brother's birthday~

hehe..so..we've agreed to make a Portluck..

I came with an idea of preparing sushi on my own version

SoSej's Sushi..

First of all I went shoping;

Nasi Pulut

Rumpai Laut (Ready made - found in store)

Sausages

Easy right?? hehe

Then...what I did was;

1. Cook the rice

2. Boiled the sausages

3. Mix the sausages with the rice

4. scramble / make a shape

5. rolled with the Rumpai Laut

And..

SERVE !

hehe...
