J : Juniper Oil

Stimulating and energising. Run yourself a bath
and add a few drops now. Great for cellulite and as a skin tonic


K : Kumquats

Yummy citrus fruit, rich in skin-friendly phytonutrients and bursting with vitamin c.


L : Leg-Ligthening and Lunges

Lengthen your legs with a pair of floaty palazzo pants.
They skim over all the bumps and draw the eye down.

'L' is also for Lunges,which can tone up legs FAST


M : Mackerel

Full of assential fatty acids (EFAs) - good for your skin, eyes, brain
and mood

fresh tuna - great sources of EFAs
